villa is not just another rental property - - it is also our second home, so
we insist that it be maintained to the highest standards at all times.
We provide the best in maid service for our guests and will even adjust
cleaning schedules to meet specific needs during your stay. We also provide
regular pool and grounds maintenance to make sure the outdoor areas are just
as nice as the indoors. You can rest assured that every detail will be
attended to during your stay and, just in case there is ever a problem, our
property manager is always on-call.
We know that renting a
vacation property, especially in another country, can be
daunting for some folks

Our
Aruba villa (known as The Garden Villa) is a
modern luxury rental house located in the exclusive
residential beach area of Aruba along
what is known as the "Gold Coast". It is
located on the main beach road about two miles from the high- rise
hotels along some of the best beaches on the island. The
Aruba villa has three large bedrooms.
There are also three full bathrooms with showers such that each couple has
their own private bedroom-bathroom space. The house is fully air-conditioned. The house sleeps 6 adults very comfortably
(roll-away bed can accommodate an extra person if necessary). It contains a fully equipped, large,
modern eat-in kitchen complete with all appliances, dishes, silverware, etc. The focal point is a unique
indoor/outdoor
living
room overlooking
the gardens and pool. In the rear of the
villa you will find two large patio areas for entertaining plus a large,
in-ground swimming pool. Lastly, if you want total seclusion, relax in the
breezy gazebo hidden in our own private tropical gardens
located right on the property.
Our
villa is just across the street and a block in from Boca Catal ina beach.
To be precise, it is just 200 steps from
our front door to the beach and Caribbean Ocean. That's tough to
beat! Our Aruba house location is perfect because it is right near the beach yet
sheltered from road noise and traffic. Boca Catalina beach is complete with
cabana huts and is one of Aruba's best scuba diving and
snorkeling areas. The beaches are great and the surf is very calm
(very safe for both kids and seniors). This area
is perfect for swimming, snorkeling, scuba diving, windsurfing,
sailing and just about any other water sport you can think of.
Best of all, this area of Aruba's beaches is very un-crowded and most times it's like
having your own private beach! The "Gold Coast" area of Aruba
is famous for its up-scale private houses and villas. Most houses are year-ro und
private
residences but a few homes, such as our Aruba villa, are available for vacation rentals. Our villa comes with its own in-ground pool and
lush tropical gardens. Our property is private, secluded and it is also
very quiet since we are located off the main road. And for you
golfers, our house is literally just around the corner from Tierra Del Sol country club
and golf course. This is an 18-hole, world-class course and is the host of
pro tour events throughout the year. Tennis courts are also available
at the club.

use of house PC and Internet service! Are you planning a "working vacation" or just need access to
email and the Internet while on vacation? Our villa offers a desktop PC and
high-speed wireless Internet service for our guests.
PLEASE NOTE: We do
not allow smoking or pets in our villa. Smoking is only permitted
outside.
